Advance care planning facilitator training
(Level 3 facilitator training)
Level 3 facilitator training occurs every two to three years, depending on the need for additional trainers. The training application process is advertised via email through the Advance Care Planning Cooperative. To be eligible to apply for Level 3 training you must have completed ACP Level 2 training and be undertaking ACP activity.
